Registration

  • The Symposium does not provide an honorarium, travel, or other expenses for presenters.

  • Registration fees are not waived for presenters.

  • Scheduling requests are not guaranteed, but every effort will be made to accommodate preferences.

  • Registration fees include afternoon reception on opening day as well as lunch and refreshments throughout the conference.

  • All participants (presenters, panel members and observers) must  register.

Registration in Pound Sterling

If you prefer to pay your registration fees via wire transfer contact us for our bank information. Please remember to request that your bank pay all fees (from both the sending and receiving banks) when you arrange the transfer.

 

CANCELLATIONS of participation must be made seven days before the registration deadline for the symposium you planned to attend to receive a partial refund. Cancellations after that will generally be eligible to be credited toward a future symposium for up to a year. A small admin fee will apply. 

 

ALL REGISTRATION FEES SHOULD BE RECEIVED BY US PRIOR TO THE SYMPOSIUM.

Abstract Submission and Registration is now open for the 2019 symposia. Abstracts are reviewed on a rolling basis and notifications sent within ten days of submission.
