If you prefer to pay your registration fees via wire transfer, contact us for our bank information. Please remember to request that your bank pay all fees (from both the sending and receiving banks) when you arrange the transfer.
CANCELLATIONS of participation must be made 14 days before the registration deadline for the symposium you planned to attend to receive a partial refund. Cancellations after that will generally be eligible to be credited toward a future symposium for up to a year. A small admin fee will apply.
ALL REGISTRATION FEES MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE DEADLINE.
After careful consideration, we postponed our March 23-25 meeting following the development of COVID-19. We understand the disappointment this will cause,
but we have taken this step given the uncertainty associated with the spread of the coronavirus around the world.
We will apply registrations to future meetings. You will have a priority presentation slot at our future 2020 and March 2021 meetings.
